One of services of Yuantai Crane Machinery is that our engineers are overseas service available.
When received crane and hoist, if the customer needs to install, we can arrange for the engineer to provide installation services.
So, our installation services include below:
Remote installation guide
If customers have engineers, so they can install the hoist by themself, we will provide remote installation guide service. Hoist is easy to install.
Installation service from Yuantai
We offer paid installation services, so you also can choose us to install the hoist and crane for you. Our sales will send you specific installation quotations and tools that should be prepared, and arrange the engineers in advance. When you receive the hoist and crane, our engineers will go to the site to provide installation services. Usually, it takes one day for a hoist to be installed and commissioned.
When finished commissioning, engineers will train the operator's correct operation methods and precautions, training service include:
- Hoist equipment safety operation procedures;
- Daily maintenance and repair;
- What are the common faults in training and solutions?
- How to replace the consumables (such as: rope guide, overload limit, limit, contactor, etc.);
