Failure to perform a load test after the initial installation will bring hidden dangers to the lifting work, and even threaten the safety of personnel.   1. Trial run, the electric hoist that is newly installed or installed after disassembly and inspection should first be tested for several times in an empty car. But before the installation is complete, do not try to turn on the power.
  2. The load test is a test of repeated lifting and moving left and right with the rated load weight. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part are normal and reliable.
  3. It is absolutely prohibited to operate in an environment. During use, it is absolutely prohibited to use it in an environment that is not allowed, and when it exceeds the rated load and the rated number of closings per hour.

Five detailed steps of electric chain hoist for load test trial operation

  1. The operating direction of the operating mechanism should be consistent with the operating direction of each mechanism of the electric hoist.　　
  2. When the cable is used to conduct electricity, the speed of the cable should be coordinated with the speed of the corresponding mechanism, and should be able to meet the requirements of the working limit position.
  3. All the above tests should be no less than 5 times, and the action should be correct.
  4. Operate the electrical ideas of each mechanism separately, their operation should be normal, no track, the brake can act in a correct and timely manner, and the action of limit switches and safety devices should be correct and reliable.
  5. When the hook is lowered to the lowest position, the number of loops of the wire rope on the drum shall not be less than 2 (except for the fixed loop).
